Our Military Kids is a nonprofit organization that provides grants to children who have a parent deployed overseas with the National Guard or Reserves. The grants pay for extracurricular activities, such as sports, fine arts, camps, and tutoring. Many Guardsmen and Reservists do not live near military installations, so they are unable to take advantage of support services. Our Military Kids fills that gap.
