How did the university of regina allow Garson to represent sixteen individuals when he can’t even explain himself not to mention he seems drunk or high on something, i don’t understand why a soldier has to die before their families recieve any money towards tuition, i also don’t agree that canadian soldiers are the only heros that are employed by the canadian government, i’d like to believe that not only soldiers are considered heros in canada
