This was a …
This was a receationist group and a museum. One of the members of my motorcyle club is a recreationist on the German side but he is not a nazi. I don’t understand it but I let him ride with us. I don’t like that he may be a nazi. Why would someone who is not putting on a show dress up like a nazi and have mock gun fights with blanks that they do not want outsiders to see?

The King Tiger was NOT a “poorly engineered vehicle”, Rather, components such as the Gearbox, Final Transmission & Double Radius Steering System lacked critical Alloys needed for durability owing to the general Raw Materials shortages all of Germany faced in ‘44/45 & that is the sole reason for the breakdowns.
The choice of Engine was a measure of Standardization (as above)
Armor suffered for the same reasons, since Germany’s Molybdenum Mines were exhausted by late ‘43

the82spartans – Thanks. Many of the posters here on YouTube in these forums erroneously collect their historical, “facts”, from silly video games like, “Company of Heroes”, etc., which is of course not accurate at all and is just fantasy. Have you ever seen some of these video games? They are really bad. There is a video on here showing this, “Company of Heroes”, game showing a scene where infantrymen are actually firing rifles and machine guns at a King Tiger tank! lol Really stupid stuff.

BigCheese1989 – The King Tiger was a very poorly engineered vehicle and frequently broke down. It was a huge waste of resources and even Adolph Hitler himself was very disappointed with it.
